At 305 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from near N. Edisto Nearshore Reef to 6 nm north of Jimmy
Leland Tug, moving east at 25 knots.

HAZARD...Wind gusts 35 knots or greater.

IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
