.DISCUSSION...

Warm, dry conditions expected today with minimum relative humidity
values falling below 20% this afternoon. Winds will generally be
lighter today, with gusts near under 20 mph out of the north,
which will help limit fire spread but given the warm, dry
conditions and still cured fuels, fire weather conditions remain elevated
today in northern Iowa.
