...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH SUNDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...Portions of west central Illinois, including the following
  areas, Hancock, Henderson, McDonough and Warren, southeast Iowa,
  including the following areas, Des Moines, Henry IA, Jefferson,
  Lee and Van Buren, and northeast Missouri, including the following
  areas, Clark and Scotland.

* WHEN...Through Sunday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
  Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Rainfall amounts of 2 to 4 inches in a short time are
    possible. With soils saturated from previous rainfall, this
    will lead to an increased risk of flash flooding.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood
Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
to take action should flooding develop.
