.DISCUSSION...

At the time of ignition winds will be out of the WNW between 5 to
10 mph however by 2pm winds are expected to shift to the NNW while
remaining between 5 to 10 mph. After 6pm winds will become light
and variable. Relative humidity values will be near 50% at
ignition time but will drop into the 30 to 35 percent range by
early afternoon.
