.DISCUSSION...
Conditions today and Thursday remain warm and generally rain
free, outside from some light morning mist or drizzle. Isolated
thunderstorms are possible Thursday night across portions of the
southern Edwards Plateau and far northern Hill Country. Low end
chances for showers and storms will be possible Friday through
Sunday as two systems pass to our north and a dryline advances
into the area. Breezy southerly winds develop east of the dryline
Thursday through Saturday. With lower humidity and hot conditions
returning behind the dryline, we`ll monitor for possible elevated
fire weather concerns over the Rio Grande Plains from Friday into
the weekend. Elsewhere, the humidity remains well above 30 percent
for locations staying east of the dryline, keeping the concerns
for fire weather lower.
