Wibaux, Garfield, southern Roosevelt, southern Valley, McCone,
Prairie, Richland and Dawson Counties through 315 PM MDT

At 210 PM MDT, strong winds with gusts 50 to 60 mph were reported
across the area.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Also, expect blowing dust and dirt.
