...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT WESTERN MITCHELL AND
SOUTHEASTERN OSBORNE COUNTIES THROUGH 315 PM CDT...

At 225 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 8
miles northeast of Luray, or 26 miles northeast of Russell, moving
northeast at 55 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

  Tipton around 235 PM CDT.
  Cawker City around 245 PM CDT.
