RHs of 15 to 25 pct recovering after sunset although winds
continuing at 15-25 mph for much of the night. Showers arriving
later tonight, with additional showers and a few thunderstorms
possible on Tuesday. Another installment of cold and dry air
arrives later Tuesday into Wednesday and a widespread freeze is
expected on Wednesday night.
