A stalled cold front north of the waters gradually dissipates
through today with a light south to southwest flow across the waters.
A slow moving area of low pressure tracks south of the waters this
afternoon through Saturday, just offshore of the Mid-Atlantic coast.
Another area of low pressure follows a similar track to the first
system over the upcoming weekend south of the waters.
