.DISCUSSION...
A dry airmass is in place with NW winds gusting 20-25 mph this
afternoon. There will be moderate humidity recovery tonight as
low temperatures drop into the 20s and winds ease this evening.
Dry conditions continue Tuesday with increasing southerly winds
that will approach 25 to 30 mph Tuesday afternoon. These winds
will advect some moisture into the region and min RH will not drop
as low as today. Low pressure brings widespread wetting rains
Wednesday with rain changing to snow in the mountains.
