.SYNOPSIS...

Elevated winds and seas will linger through sunrise producing small
craft advisory conditions offshore and exercise caution
conditions nearshore as a trough exits the waters. Winds lower to
exercise caution levels for the remainder of today as high
pressure slowly builds in from the west. A dry cold front will
approach the waters this evening and may briefly surge winds to
near advisory levels as the front clears the waters by Saturday
morning. The high will build over the waters through Sunday with
relaxing west to northwest winds turning southerly Sunday
