...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT FROM 2 AM EDT WEDNESDAY THROUGH LATE
WEDNESDAY NIGHT...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...Portions of northern Florida, including the following
  areas, Eastern Hamilton, Suwannee and Western Hamilton and
  southeast Georgia, including the following areas, Atkinson,
  Clinch, Coffee and Echols.

* WHEN...From 2 AM EDT Wednesday through late Wednesday night.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
  Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur
  in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Slow moving cold front will bring multiple rounds of heavy
    rainfall Wednesday morning through Wednesday night and
    produce 1 to 3 inches of rainfall to far western portions of
    Southeast Georgia and the Suwannee Valley of Northeast
    Florida with potential for isolated amounts of up to 4 to 5
    inches.

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood
Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
to take action should flooding develop.
