...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHERN PIERCE...SOUTHWESTERN
BRANTLEY...CENTRAL WARE...EASTERN CLINCH AND NORTHERN CHARLTON
COUNTIES THROUGH 815 AM EDT...

At 726 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 8
miles west of Stephen Foster State Park, moving northeast at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 45 to 55 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Waycross, Blackshear, Nahunta, Fargo, Argyle, Stephen Foster State
Park, Hickox, Boggy Bay, Race Pond, and Fort Mudge.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 100 PM EDT for southeastern
Georgia.
