...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 AM CDT SATURDAY...

* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall
  continues.

* WHERE...A portion of southeast Texas, including the following
  counties, Hardin, Jefferson and Orange.

* WHEN...Until 900 AM CDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads
  remain closed due to flooding. Low-water crossings are inundated
  with water and may not be passable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1143 PM CDT, the public reported heavy rain in the warned
    area due to runoff from heavy rainfall over the past two
    days. Flooding is already occurring.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Beaumont, Port Arthur, Orange, Nederland, Groves, Port
    Neches, Vidor, Bridge City, West Orange, Nome, Central
    Gardens, Hamshire, Mauriceville, Bevil Oaks, China, Rose
    City, Pine Forest, Southeast Texas Regional Airport, Port
    Acres and La Belle.

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
