.DISCUSSION...
SSE Winds to gradually increase through 11AM,then persist
through the afternoon before slight increase near dusk,
then easing into the overnight hours into Thurs as noted in
tabular below. As a storm system over the Plains lifts out toward the
Great Lakes. warm and humid conditions will otherwise
persist the rest of the week, with the next chance
of meaningful rain coming this weekend.

1. Wind gusts to stay around 15MPH 11AM CDT onward with slight increase
during dusk. Later winds/gusts to ease under 10MPH after 1AM CDT Thurs APR 18th.

2. RH to vary between generally between 60-70% as lower range from 1PM and 7PM
Thereafter, usually nocturnal rise in RH as listed in tabular conditions below.

3. 530AM CDT observations indicate Patchy Fog present over the location
and surrounding areas. This fog will gradually dissipate / mix into lower cloud
bases by 9AM CDT. Signal for fog of similar density and coverage forecast for
this evening into Thursday morning.
