PARTS OF SOUTHERN AND CENTRAL KENTUCKY. WHILE THE GREATEST RISK OF
WIDESPREAD HEAVY RAINS HAS DECREASED...THE POTENTIAL STILL EXISTS
FOR AN ISOLATED STORM OR TWO TO DROP 2 TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN IN JUST

  MADISON...MERCER...NICHOLAS...SCOTT AND WOODFORD. IN NORTH
