AT 933 AM CDT...A THUNDERSTORM PRODUCING FLASH FLOODING WAS REPORTED
OVER THE WARNED AREA.  A WEATHER OBSERVER NEAR SCOTTSVILLE REPORTED
A WATER RESCUE ON OLD HIGHWAY 31 E NORTHEAST OF SCOTTSVILLE.
FLOODED ROADWAYS WERE REPORTED IN EASTERN PORTIONS OF ALLEN COUNTY.
