AT 253 PM CDT...TRAINED WEATHER SPOTTERS REPORTED A THUNDERSTORM HAD
PRODUCED FLASH FLOODING OVER THE WARNED AREA.


* LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE MAINLY RURAL AREAS OF NORTHERN LOGAN
  COUNTY....INCLUDING WOLF LICK...LOST CITY...COOPERSTOWN...INSCO AND
  HOMER.

  FLASH FLOOD PRONE AREAS IN THIS WARNING...
  MUD RIVER OVERFLOWS ONTO STATE HIGHWAY 1040.
  WATER OVERFLOWS A LOW LYING AREA AT THE INTERSECTION OF COOPERSTOWN
  AND INSCO ROAD.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
