The Flood Warning continues for
  the Drakes Creek near Alvaton.
* from this morning to this evening.
* At 10:45 AM Sunday the stage was 22.2 feet.
* Flood stage is 22.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will crest near 22.2 feet this
  afternoon. The river will fall below flood stage late this afternoon.
* Impact...At 21.0 feet...Trails at Phil Moore Park flood.
* Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 22.4
  feet on Nov 8 1995.
