  the Green River at Rochester.
* At  7:00 AM Monday the stage was 16.4 feet.
* Flood stage is 17.0 feet.
* Forecast...The river crested below flood stage at 16.4 feet. The
  river will continue to fall to 16.0 feet by Tuesday morning.
