* AT 329 AM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAIN DUE TO
  THUNDERSTORMS. THIS RAIN MAY CAUSE MINOR FLOODING IN THE ADVISORY
  AREA. UP TO TWO INCHES OF RAIN HAVE ALREADY FALLEN.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
  FRANKFORT...SHELBYVILLE...TAYLORSVILLE...SIMPSONVILLE...STAMPING
  GROUND...BRYANT...HATTON...BON AIR HILLS...JOSEPHINE AND WATERFORD.

AN ADDITIONAL ONE TO TWO INCHES OF RAINFALL IS POSSIBLE OVER THE
NEXT HOUR.
