Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. Some county highways are also experiencing travel impacts. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1014 AM CDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in the warned area. Flooding is already occurring. Between 3 and 6 inches of rain have fallen. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
