FIRE WEATHER PLANNING FORECAST
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE LOUISVILLE KY
341 AM EDT WED MAR 25 2015

.DISCUSSION...A WARM FRONT WILL LIFT NORTHWARD THROUGH THE REGION
TODAY. THIS WILL RESULT IN A MILDER DAY ACROSS THE REGION WITH
AFTERNOON HIGHS TOPPING OUT IN THE 70S. SOUTHWEST WINDS WILL BE
BREEZY AT TIMES WITH WINDS OF 8 TO 12 MPH WITH SOME HIGHER GUSTS.
A STRONG COLD FRONT WILL PUSH INTO THE REGION LATE TONIGHT
BRINGING ANOTHER ROUND OF SHOWERS WITH SOME THUNDERSTORMS. MUCH
COLDER AIR WILL FILTER BACK INTO THE REGION ON THURSDAY AND REMAIN
IN THE AREA THROUGH THE EARLY PART OF THE WEEKEND. RAINFALL
AMOUNTS OF 1 TO 1.25 INCHES WILL BE POSSIBLE TONIGHT AND THURSDAY.
A LOOK AHEAD SHOWS MILDER CONDITIONS COMING BACK INTO THE REGION
LATE IN THE WEEKEND AND INTO NEXT WEEK. HOWEVER...MORE
PRECIPITATION LOOKS LIKELY AS WELL.
