.DISCUSSION...Surface high pressure will build in from the north
tonight bringing clearer skies tomorrow. Winds will be out of the
northeast Wednesday with dispersion generally good. Ridging aloft
will build in through the end of the week. Winds will shift to
southerly by Thursday afternoon bringing warmer and more humid air
back into the region. Wet weather will return this weekend as a
stronger storm system moves in.
