Fire Weather Planning Forecast for Central Kentucky and Southern Indiana
National Weather Service Louisville KY
312 AM EST Mon Feb 27 2017

.DISCUSSION...
The light rain shower activity currently over the region will taper off
this afternoon and allow for a brief break from the rain. Starting this
evening and continuing through Wednesday, we will see multiple rounds of
showers and thunderstorms as a strong cold front approaches the region.
Some of the thunderstorms could produce very gusty and erratic winds
Tuesday and Wednesday, and overall rainfall amounts of one to two inches
can be expected through Wednesday. Cooler and dry weather is anticipated
behind the cold frontal passage.
