.DISCUSSION...Warm and windy conditions will continue tonight and
Tuesday. Record warm temperatures are likely on Tuesday, as
temperatures soar to near all-time February records. Rain chances
return Tuesday night, and there is a risk for moderate to heavy
rainfall Wednesday through the weekend. The flooding risk also
increases late this week and into the weekend.
