Fire Weather Planning Forecast for Central Kentucky and Southern Indiana
National Weather Service Louisville KY
418 PM EST Wed Feb 22 2017

.DISCUSSION...Low clouds are expected tonight along with the
potential for patchy fog. Lows tonight will stay in the mid to
upper 50s. A warm front will wash north of the area on Thursday,
and the area could see a few isolated showers and perhaps a rumble
of thunder. Otherwise, plan on breezy winds out of the south on
Thursday with highs in the low to mid 70s. Thursday night lows
will be quite warm, in the upper 50s to low 60s. Daily high
temperature records will be crushed on Friday, with highs in the
mid 70s to around 80 degrees.

Strong to severe thunderstorms are possible late Friday afternoon
into Friday night. The main severe weather threat late Friday will
likely be damaging winds.
