.DISCUSSION...
AN AREA OF HIGH PRESSURE OVER THE REGION WILL KEEP CONDITIONS SUNNY AND DRY
OVER THE NEXT 36 HOURS OR SO. GIVEN AMPLE SUNSHINE...TEMPERATURES SHOULD
CLIMB INTO THE UPPER 70S AND LOWER 80S. RATHER DRY AIR AT THE SURFACE WILL
REMAIN IN PLACE...WHICH COUPLED WITH THE HIGH TEMPERATURES...WILL YIELD RH
VALUES AROUND 25 PERCENT FOR A FEW HOURS THIS AFTERNOON. THE GOOD NEWS IS THAT
WINDS WILL BE LIGHT AND VARIABLE...WHICH SHOULD LIMIT THE OVERALL WILDFIRE
THREAT. NONETHELESS...DRY FUELS COUPLED WITH THESE LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES
MAY ALLOW FOR QUICK FIRE IGNITION TODAY.
