THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF SOUTH CENTRAL
INDIANA AND CENTRAL KENTUCKY.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT.

AN UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE AND WEAK SURFACE BOUNDARY WILL CAUSE
SCATTERED SHOWERS AND STORMS TO OCCUR ON AND OFF THROUGHOUT THE
DAY TODAY. A FEW STRONG STORMS MAY PRODUCE GUSTY WINDS...BRIEF
HEAVY RAINFALL AND CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY.

A MID-LEVEL LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL FORM OVER THE WEEKEND AND MEANDER
EASTWARD OVER THE MID AND LOWER MISSISSIPPI VALLEYS THIS WEEKEND.
THIS SYSTEM WILL CAUSE A SURFACE LOW AND COLD FRONT TO PUSH
SOUTHEAST TOWARD AND INTO KENTUCKY THIS WEEKEND.

AS A RESULT...SCATTERED TO NUMEROUS THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED
FRIDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH MONDAY OVER SOUTHERN INDIANA AND CENTRAL
KENTUCKY. WIDESPREAD SEVERE WEATHER IS NOT EXPECTED...ALTHOUGH A
FEW STRONG PULSE STORMS MAY PRODUCE GUSTY WINDS AT TIMES. DUE TO
HIGH MOISTURE CONTENT IN THE ATMOSPHERE GREATER HAZARDS WILL
INCLUDE PERIODS OF VERY HEAVY RAIN THAT COULD CAUSE ISOLATED FLOOD
CONCERNS...AND CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING. SCATTERED MAINLY
AFTERNOON AND EARLY EVENING THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE TUESDAY AND
WEDNESDAY.
