A FLASH FLOOD WATCH IS IN EFFECT TONIGHT. SCATTERED TO NUMEROUS
SHOWERS AND STORMS WILL CONTINUE OVERNIGHT. THE STRONGEST STORMS
MAY PRODUCE BRIEF HEAVY RAINFALL AND GUSTY WINDS. ANY ADDITIONAL
HEAVY RAINS COULD BOTHER EXISTING FLOOD PROBLEMS OR CREATE
ADDITIONAL MINOR FLOODING IN LOCATIONS THAT RECEIVED HEAVY RAINS
