THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF SOUTH CENTRAL
INDIANA AND CENTRAL KENTUCKY.

.DAY ONE...TONIGHT.

WINDS WILL INCREASE TONIGHT AS A WARM FRONT LIFTS NORTH OF THE
REGION. GUSTS OF 35 TO 45 MPH WILL BE POSSIBLE. RECENT SATURATION
OF THE GROUND COULD LEAD TO WEAKLY ROOTED TREES
FALLING...POSSIBLY LEADING TO A GREATER RISK OF POWER OUTAGES.

SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL OCCUR AS A COLD FRONT MOVES
THROUGH THIS EVENING INTO THE OVERNIGHT HOURS. STRONG TO SEVERE
STORMS ARE LIKELY...ESPECIALLY WEST OF I-65. THE MAIN THREATS WITH
THESE STORMS WILL BE DAMAGING WINDS...LOCALIZED FLOODING...OR EVEN
AN ISOLATED TORNADO. THE FLOOD THREAT WILL BE GREATEST ACROSS THE
LAKE CUMBERLAND REGION WHERE RECENT MELTING OF A DEEP SNOWPACK HAS
LEFT GROUNDS SATURATED.
