* TEMPERATURES...TEMPERATURES WILL DROP INTO THE MID AND UPPER
  20S. A HARD FREEZE IS EXPECTED...ALONG WITH WIDESPREAD FROST.

* TIMING...TEMPERATURES WILL FALL BELOW FREEZING BETWEEN 11 PM
  EDT AND 3 AM EDT...AND REMAIN BELOW FREEZING UNTIL AN HOUR OR
  TWO AFTER DAYBREAK WEDNESDAY. THE LONGEST DURATION AND COLDEST
  TEMPERATURES WILL AFFECT THE BLUEGRASS REGION.

* IMPACTS...SPRING VEGETATION COULD BE DAMAGED OR KILLED BY
  FREEZING TEMPERATURES AND FROST.

REGIONAL AGRICULTURAL EXPERTS HAVE NOTED THE POTENTIAL FOR A
