KENTUCKY EARLY THURSDAY MORNING...

.AN AREA OF HIGH PRESSURE WILL BRING LIGHT WINDS AND CLEAR SKIES
TO THE REGION TONIGHT. THIS WILL RESULT IN TEMPERATURES FALLING
INTO THE LOWER TO MIDDLE 30S LATE TONIGHT INTO THURSDAY MORNING.
THESE TEMPERATURES COMBINED WITH LOW LEVEL MOISTURE WILL RESULT
IN AREAS OF FROST FORMING ESPECIALLY IN VALLEY AND SHELTERED
LOCATIONS.

* TIMING...FROST FORMATION IS EXPECTED EARLY THURSDAY DURING THE
  PRE-DAWN HOURS THROUGH SUNRISE.

* IMPACTS...FROST COULD DAMAGE SENSITIVE VEGETATION IF NOT
  PROTECTED.
