ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 2 AM EDT /1 AM CDT/ TO 9 AM
EDT /8 AM CDT/ THURSDAY.

* TEMPERATURES...TEMPERATURES WEDNESDAY NIGHT ARE EXPECTED TO DROP
  INTO THE LOWER 30S. WIDESPREAD FROST IS EXPECTED IN AREAS EAST
  OF INTERSTATE 65 IN KENTUCKY.

* TIMING...AREAS OF FROST WILL BE MOST CONCENTRATED BETWEEN 2 AM
  EDT AND 9 AM EDT THURSDAY MORNING.

* IMPACTS...SPRING VEGETATION COULD BE DAMAGED OR KILLED BY THE
  FROST.

* TEMPERATURES...TEMPERATURES WILL CONTINUE TO DROP INTO THE MID
  AND UPPER 20S. A HARD FREEZE IS EXPECTED...ALONG WITH WIDESPREAD
  FROST.

* TIMING...SURFACE TEMPERATURES ARE EXPECTED TO REMAIN BELOW
  FREEZING THIS MORNING UNTIL SEVERAL HOURS AFTER SUNRISE. THE
  LONGEST DURATION AND COLDEST TEMPERATURES WILL AFFECT THE
  BLUEGRASS REGION.

* IMPACTS...SPRING VEGETATION WILL BE DAMAGED OR KILLED BY
  FREEZING TEMPERATURES AND FROST.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

REGIONAL AGRICULTURAL EXPERTS HAVE NOTED THE POTENTIAL FOR A
WIDELY DAMAGING FREEZE. ADDITIONALLY...WIDESPREAD FROST WILL
DAMAGE OUTDOOR PLANTS IF THEY ARE NOT COVERED OR TAKEN INDOORS.
