The information here is very preliminary, since the storm survey is
not yet completed. What is presented here is merely what we know so
far. More details will follow over the course of the day as the
survey progresses.

   Damage Type: Tornado in Clinton County along US 127 near Agee
Ridge, just south of the Russell County border.

          Date: Oct 6 2014

      EF Scale: 1
    Wind Speed: 100 mph

   Path Length: 1/2 mile so far...survey not yet completed
    Path Width: 250 yards so far

      Injuries: 0
    Fatalities: 0

    Start Time: 6:17 PM CDT
Start Location: 11 miles north of Albany
 Start Lat/Lon: 36.85N 85.16W

      End Time: 6:18 PM CDT
  End Location: 11 miles north of Albany
   End Lat/Lon: 36.85N 85.16W

Narrative: So far, only tree damage has been found.

EF Scale: The Enhanced Fujita Scale classifies tornadoes into the
following categories:

EF0...Weak......65 to 85 MPH
EF1...Weak......86 to 110 MPH
EF2...Strong....111 to 135 MPH
EF3...Strong....136 to 165 MPH
EF4...Violent...166 to 200 MPH
EF5...Violent...>200 MPH
