   Injuries: 0
 Fatalities: 0

Narrative: A small thunderstorm developed over Jefferson County,
Kentucky and quickly produced very strong, gusty winds. About ten
trees were blown down, and 13 power poles were damaged to the point
of needing to be replaced.  Many large branches were torn down.
Fourteen thousand addresses were without power at the peak of the
storm.  Winds speeds were likely equivalent to an EF0 tornado.
