AT 603 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR WAS TRACKING
STRONG THUNDERSTORMS ALONG A LINE FROM 6 MILES WEST OF PARIS TO 5
MILES EAST OF FRANKFORT...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 20 MPH.

FREQUENT LIGHTNING...HEAVY RAIN...AND GUSTY WINDS TO 45 MPH ARE
EXPECTED WITH THESE STORMS. PONDING OF WATER ON ROADWAYS CAN ALSO BE
EXPECTED...ESPECIALLY IN URBAN AREAS THAT DO NOT DRAIN EASILY.
