STRONG THUNDERSTORMS ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 11 MILES NORTHWEST
OF BROWNSVILLE TO 6 MILES EAST OF MORGANTOWN TO 9 MILES WEST OF
MORGANTOWN...AND MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 45 MPH.

CONTINUOUS CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING...TORRENTIAL RAIN REDUCING
VISIBILITIES...AND GUSTY WINDS OF AROUND 35 TO 40 MPH...ARE EXPECTED
WITH THESE STORMS.
