STRONG THUNDERSTORM 9 MILES NORTHWEST OF SCOTTSVILLE...AND MOVING
EAST AT 30 MPH.

HEAVY RAIN REDUCING VISIBILITIES...AND GUSTY WINDS OF AROUND 35 TO 40
MPH...ARE EXPECTED WITH THIS STORM.

  MAINLY RURAL AREAS OF ALLEN...SOUTHEASTERN SIMPSON...SOUTHERN
  BARREN...SOUTHERN WARREN...SOUTHWESTERN METCALFE AND WESTERN MONROE
  COUNTIES.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

TORRENTIAL RAINFALL IS OCCURRING. EXPECT PONDING OF WATER ON LOCAL
