STRONG THUNDERSTORMS ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 7 MILES NORTHWEST OF
CARLISLE TO WINCHESTER TO 11 MILES SOUTH OF RICHMOND...AND MOVING
NORTHEAST AT 25 MPH.

HEAVY RAIN REDUCING VISIBILITIES...AND GUSTY WINDS IN EXCESS OF 40
MPH...ARE POSSIBLE WITH THESE STORMS.
