MERCER...GARRARD...EAST CENTRAL MARION...SOUTHERN JESSAMINE...
WASHINGTON...BOYLE AND MADISON COUNTIES...

At 456 PM EDT, radar indicated a line of thunderstorms producing
torrential rainfall extending from 6 miles north of Springfield to
near Blackburn. Movement was southeast at 20 mph.

Winds in excess of 30 mph are possible with these storms.

Locations impacted include...
Richmond, Danville, Harrodsburg, Lebanon, Stanford, Lancaster,
Springfield, Mccreary, Berea and Junction City.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms, and may
cause localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
