AT 637 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR WAS TRACKING A
STRONG THUNDERSTORM BETWEEN GRAEFENBURG AND FRANKFORT...AND MOVING
EAST AT 30 MPH.

HEAVY RAIN REDUCING VISIBILITIES...AND STRONG GUSTY WINDS OF AROUND
45 TO 50 MPH...ARE EXPECTED WITH THIS STORM.
