AT 344 PM CDT...RADAR INDICATED STRONG THUNDERSTORMS FROM 8 MILES
EAST OF HARTFORD TO 17 MILES NORTH OF MORGANTOWN TO 13 MILES WEST OF
LEITCHFIELD. MOVEMENT WAS NORTHEAST AT 15 MPH.

WINDS IN EXCESS OF 40 MPH ARE POSSIBLE WITH THESE STORMS.
