...GUSTY WINDS AND AN ENHANCED FIRE DANGER THIS AFTERNOON...

WINDS WILL PICK UP THROUGH THE MORNING HOURS TODAY AS A COLD FRONT
APPROACHES FROM THE NORTHWEST. SUSTAINED WINDS OUT OF THE SOUTH-
SOUTHWEST WILL BE 15 TO 20 MPH FROM MID MORNING THROUGH THE
AFTERNOON HOURS. GUSTS AS HIGH AS 35 MPH WILL BE POSSIBLE THROUGH
THIS TIME FRAME. THESE WIND SPEEDS MAY CAUSE DIFFICULT DRIVING
CONDITIONS FOR HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES TRAVELING ON EAST-WEST
ORIENTED ROADWAYS.

IN ADDITION TO THE GUSTY WINDS...RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES WILL
FALL INTO THE 25 TO 35 PERCENT RANGE THIS AFTERNOON. THESE VALUES
COMBINED WITH THE GUSTY WINDS WILL LEAD TO AN ENHANCED FIRE
DANGER THIS AFTERNOON. FIRES THAT START MAY QUICKLY SPREAD OUT OF
CONTROL. CONSIDER POSTPONING ANY OUTDOOR BURNING UNTIL CONDITIONS
IMPROVE.
