STRONG THUNDERSTORMS ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM BRYAN STATION TO 9
MILES NORTH OF RICHMOND...AND MOVING EAST AT 25 MPH.

CONTINUOUS CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING...TORRENTIAL RAIN REDUCING
VISIBILITIES...AND GUSTY WINDS OF AROUND 30 TO 40 MPH...ARE EXPECTED
WITH THESE STORMS.

TORRENTIAL RAINFALL IS ALSO OCCURRING. EXPECT PONDING OF WATER ON
