THE COMBINATION OF MOSTLY CLEAR SKIES...LIGHT WINDS...AND MOISTURE
LEFT OVER FROM THE RAINS OF THE THE PAST SEVERAL DAYS HAS RESULTED IN
THE DEVELOPMENT PATCHY DENSE VALLEY FOG. VISIBILITIES WILL DROP
SIGNIFICANTLY IN VALLEY LOCATIONS EARLY THIS MORNING...ESPECIALLY
NEAR RIVERS AND OTHER BODIES OF WATER.

SLOW DOWN AND USE YOUR LOW BEAM HEADLIGHTS IN FOGGY AREAS.
