...WINTER STORM AFFECTING THE REGION THIS MORNING...

.A SMALL BUT POTENT UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE WILL MERGE WITH A
LARGER SYSTEM AND COMBINE WITH PLENTY OF MOISTURE ACROSS THE
REGION AS WELL AS COLD AIR TO GENERATE AN EARLY SEASON SNOWFALL.
THE HIGHEST SNOW TOTALS ARE EXPECTED ACROSS SOUTHERN INDIANA AND
ALONG THE OHIO RIVER IN CENTRAL KENTUCKY.

  THAT WILL MAKE FOR A DIFFICULT RUSH HOUR COMMUTE THIS MORNING.
