MORNING...

.A SMALL BUT POTENT UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE WILL MERGE WITH A
LARGER SYSTEM AND COMBINE WITH PLENTY OF MOISTURE ACROSS THE
REGION AS WELL AS COLD AIR TO GENERATE AN EARLY SEASON SNOWFALL.
THE HIGHEST SNOW TOTALS ARE EXPECTED ACROSS SOUTHERN INDIANA AND
ALONG THE OHIO RIVER IN CENTRAL KENTUCKY.

  ROADWAYS AND WOULD MAKE FOR A DIFFICULT RUSH HOUR COMMUTE MONDAY
  MORNING.

* OTHER IMPACTS: IN ADDITION TO THE SLICK SPOTS...HEAVIER SNOW
  RATES WILL REDUCE VISIBILITIES. DRIVING AT NIGHT IN THE SNOW
