* TIMING: SNOW IS EXPECTED TO DEVELOP LATE THIS AFTERNOON AND
  EVENING. AS WARMER AIR ALOFT MOVES IN...THE SNOW IS EXPECTED TO
  CHANGE TO A MIX OF FREEZING RAIN AND SLEET LATE THIS EVENING.
  SURFACE TEMPERATURES ARE FORECAST TO WARM ABOVE FREEZING
  OVERNIGHT RESULTING IN THE PRECIPITATION CHANGING OVER TO PLAIN
  RAIN.

* MAIN IMPACT: INITIAL SNOW AND SLEET ACCUMULATIONS OF 1 TO 2
  INCHES WILL BE POSSIBLE BEFORE THE SNOW AND SLEET CHANGES OVER
  TO FREEZING RAIN. WITH THE FREEZING RAIN...TOTAL ICE
  ACCUMULATIONS OF TWO TO THREE TENTHS OF AN INCH WILL BE
  POSSIBLE.

* OTHER IMPACTS: SOUTHERLY WINDS OF 15 TO 20 MPH WILL BE POSSIBLE
