Light and variable winds will increase out of the southeast later
this morning at the burn site. Isolated showers and thunderstorms
cannot be ruled out later this afternoon as the sea breezes
develop and push inland. Maximum dispersion values this afternoon
will rise into the very good category. Minimum relative humidity
values will remain above critical values throughout the forecast
period.
